Caramels
Our vanilla caramels are made with sugar, butter, cream, vanilla, and corn syrup. They are smooth, rich and creamy. They will fill your mouth with a sweet, delicious vanilla flavor.
Our chocolate caramels are made with sugar, butter, cream, vanilla, cocoa and corn syrup. They are just as smooth and creamy as their vanilla counterparts, but have a deep, rich chocolate taste as well as overtones of vanilla.
Toffee
Butter, sugar and nuts comprise the toffee base. The different types of nuts that are available are almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, pecans, and walnuts. The finished toffee is coated with a semi-sweet chocolate, and ground nuts are pressed into the warm chocolate coating. The macadamia nut toffee can be coated two ways: with just toasted macadamia nuts or toasted ground macadamia nuts combined with toasted raw coconut.
Spiced Nuts
Nuts are roasted in a sugar syrup spiced with cinnamon and allowed to cool. Crunchy and deliciously spiced with cinnamon. A wonderful treat.
Rocky Road
Bittersweet chocolate, marshmallows, and toasted cashew nuts. The bittersweet chocolate is perfectly paired with the sweet marshmallow pillows and crunchy salted cashews.
